Common questions

The announcer voice won't play. Make sure your phone isn't on silent with media muted, the announcer volume is up in Settings, and you have a network connection the first time a player's announcement is generated (it's cached after that).

My imported song disappeared after reinstalling. Songs imported from your device's files live only on that device. Reinstalling the app or switching phones clears them — re-import the file or use an Apple Music track, which restores automatically.

Roster import. Take a screenshot of your team's roster and import it from the Team tab — names and numbers are read on your device.

Managing your subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Account & data

You can permanently delete your account and all cloud data from within the app: Settings → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
